• Offering an integrated suite of Control Systems Department planning, procurement and implementation solutions that meets a utility’s specific objectives and customer requirements using cutting edge technologies.
• Owning the strategic responsibility for the proper selection, integration, integrity, security, and operations and maintenance of SCADA/EMS systems and their respective components.
• Managing project timelines and cost estimates and providing weekly status updates to the clients for review, action and problem resolution.
• Directing deliverables including written reports, presentations, budgets, schedules, and program that are tailored to meet clients desired outcomes and scope requirements.
• Managing and directing resources to ensure efficient, reliable and secure operations and partnering with different vendors (GE and ABB) for consulting, implementation services, application support, hardware/software maintenance.
• Selected to represent company in conferences, meetings, training and business assignments in Leadership, SCADA, Automation, IT/OT and Management
• Assuming leadership of Control Systems team and providing inputs to improve the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and deliver superior services beyond client expectations.
• Analyzing IT offerings of major competitors, assessing of the impacts of key industry drivers on EMS /SCADA technologies, operations and future directions and presenting technology trends that would provide effective return on investments.
