 Setting up marketing campaigns for new Invitrogen products. (Gibco; cell culture products).
 Implementation & follow up of marketing plans of Invitrogen brand.
 Dynabeads, DNA & RNA extraction product.
 Qubit, DNA & RNA concentration measurement.
 Setting up Marketing Strategies and Campaigns for the whole Portfolio of Invitrogen Brand and it’s sub-Brands allover the governorates in Egypt including Existing (mature) and Newly Launched Products.
 Implementation & follow up of marketing plans of Invitrogen Brand and it’s Sub-Brands.
 Responsible for setting up and implementation of the Marketing Financial Plan Such as Budget Division, Pricing of the products, Return On Investment(ROI), Sales Growth, Market-share Gain, and achieving the annual forecast of the Brand’s Sales and market-share that is assigned by the Regional Middle East Manager.
 Analyze the biotechnology market demands & unmet needs.
 Organization & planning of strategic marketing events.
 Development of business relationship with key customers. (eg. Vacsera & Veterinary Vacsera).
 Analyze the competitor’s strengths and weaknesses.
 Work on my products’ Core Competences, and competitive advantages over the competitors.
 Dividing Territories for the Sales Representatives and Account Managers according to potentiality in order to achieve their Quarter target Sales, Market-share, sales growth, and Market-share gain.
 Motivate Sales Representatives to achieve the annual Market Share gain and Sales Growth.

 Responsible for the Marketing and Sales Management of the devices’ Consumables and Bio-Production Products of Life Technologies in Egypt.
 Dividing Territories for the Sales Representatives and Account Managers with the district Managers according to potentiality in order to achieve their Quarter target Sales, Market-share, sales growth, and Market-share gain.
 Motivate Sales Representatives to achieve the annual Market Share gain and Sales Growth.
 Arrange Meetings every month with the District managers and the Assistant marketing manager to follow up the achievement and confirm the implementation and alignment of the company strategy.
 Arrange meeting with the sales and marketing teams every week in order to know the key market challenges.
 Give a report about the Quarter achievements and a plan for the next Quarter objectives to the General manager, country manager, and Middle east regional managers in the QBR, and to confirm the alignment of the corporate’s global objectives.
 Setting up Marketing Strategies and Campaigns for the whole Portfolio of Life Technologies consumables and Bio-production; allover the governorates in Egypt including Existing (mature) and Newly Launched Products.
 Implementation & follow up of marketing plans for Life Technologies consumables’ line and Bio-production line

 Development of business relationship with key customers. (eg. Vacsera, NRC, Animal health & Veterinary Vacsera….etc.).
 Analyse the competitor’s strengths and weaknesses.
 Work on my products’ Core Competences, and competitive advantages over the competitors.
 Work Life technologies consumables Core Competences, and competitive advantages over the competitors.
