Design and implement a Business and Operations Planning cycle for Lesieur Cristal based on the latest international standards
•Lead the demand planning area to ensure the most accurate demand plan is updated and challenged in each monthly cycle while optimizing the necessary tools for the discussion
•Link the Supply planning to the demand input by implementing and MRP logic taking into consideration all industrial and replenishment parameters
•Streamline the replenishment process for the internationally sourced products
•Create the production planning position in Lesieur Cristal to ensure the supply plan on a daily, weekly, and monthly level is correctly monitored
•Implement a specific forum to discuss NPDs (New product introduction) and current product changes: my main added value was to streamline and standardize the cross functional launch process with the aim to increase the organization launch agility
•Include the Export function into the B&OP cycle at all levels (Demand planning, Supply planning, Portfolio optimization ...)
•Define the strategic commodities sourcing levels and timelines based on the MRP requirements with the strategic sourcing team (Soy, Sunflower, Colza and other commodities sourcing)
•Lead the monthly discussion with Top Management on the outcome of the B&OP cycle to assess performance through specific KPI's, synthetic presentation of market assumptions and financial reconciliation of forecasts against budgets
