• Oversee the work executed by junior accountants
• Support and train junior accountants upon need
• Report accounting problems
• Update system as to exchange rates on the system
• Control all accounts and sister entities related accounts
• Prepare & Document journal vouchers
• Control proper approval of the transaction
• Communicate with concerned department to understand department related operations
• Control clients’/ suppliers accounts and transactions
• Reconcile accounts (banks, suppliers, clients)
• Reconcile general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information

• Follow the Schedule with the Purchasing Coordinator and making telex transfers to foreign suppliers
• Coordinating with salesmen for collection and follow up of customer cheques.
• Ensuring proper and timely payments to Local Suppliers, office rent etc..
• Prepare debit and credit notes
• Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures.
• Maintain and follow depreciation schedule
• Pass entries (BPV, BRV, JV)
• Checking and passing entries for Shipment insurance.
• Closing month entries
• Preparing financial statements
