Other responsibilities held are
⇒ Inspect new machines and Install operating systems and other Soft and hardware
⇒ Solve network problems in the bank and all branches in liaison with service desk staff
⇒ Configure & set-up new branches and ATM machines
⇒ Co-ordinate the day to day operations of the bank
⇒ Repair faulty computer hardware and also maintain all hardware and software inventory
⇒ Carry out regular back-up of the banking systems and Perform the banks close of business operations
⇒ Maintain the attendance system and produce daily attendance reports
⇒ Maintain voice recording system and produce reports when needed
⇒ Maintain and manage the PABX (Telephone) system for the bank
⇒ Monitor and produce monthly telephone usage reports
⇒ Monitor and maintain the banks cctv camera system
⇒ Maintain and monitor the banks Access control systems
⇒ Maintain and manage the Human resource software for staff (Cascade) and produce reports when needed
⇒ Configure, maintain the Anti-virus server and ensure that all clients have the latest anti-virus updates.
