I currently work for GForces as a Project Manager this role entails managing projects worth between 100, 000 and 500, 000 pounds as well as managing a team of 2 project supports assistants. These projects are to manage the delivery of the overall web presence of automotive dealerships both in the UK and internationally, the projects encompass the websites as well as marketing, SEO and PPC. This is a high pressure role which involves working with large automotive dealerships and therefore requires both expertise and management skills which can then be used to deliver a successful project which both the client and company are proud to put their name against.
I worked at Spark44 in the capacity of a Market Account Manager. Working closely with the Account Director for Middle East and North Africa (MENA), my duties include the liaising and working closely with the Jaguar dealer representatives in the Middle east and North Africa. EEDCO is an education training/consultancy firm providing educational courses and student liaison both here in the UK and abroad. EEDCO undertakes consultancy and training sessions for both organisations and companies. I was the manager at the central Birmingham branch. I managed a team of 5-10 freelance trainers based throughout the UK, my main delivery objective was to both develop new business but to also manage our current clients training needs.
I worked at Spark44 in the capacity of a Market Funded consultant. My duties included consulting on the updating and creation of content for the Jaguar Websites of all markets. My specialism is on markets with Arabic and Dutch languages while also working on all international sites. I also took an active role in new projects such as being lead on the Mena French site from build. My role involved working very closely with the market team especially the Mena market as I provided support for the account manager on both the 3 language variation Mena sites and brochures. I was also the lead trainer within the authoring team which entailed the training of all new authoring staff which enabled me to become a source of support for all new staff.
Working as a web developer at the marketing department of a leading UK parcel delivery company, Duties included updating websites and the designing of online promotional material. As well as updating the company intranet I was in charge of training employees on the use of the newly designed intranet sites. This included creating all the relevant training material and delivering the training sessions for staff. Undertaking SEO and PPC campaigns were also part of my duties as well as email campaigns and promotional material designs, these were all done by myself while liaising with the Marketing manager. Creating Analytical reports from Google Analytics as well as monitoring rival websites and their SEO and PPC use. Web Content Management was also a large part of my duties combined with Email and online marketing materials.
