 Customization of the Oracle R11/R12 application by developing new reports, forms, packages, OAF Personalization, procedures and new interfaces for HRMS, XML Publisher modules
 Involved in the development of APIs/ Conversions to migrate the data from the old system (PIPS) into oracle application base tables
 Responsible for delivery of HR, Payroll, Self Service and Performance Management, implementation support regarding flex fields, BG absence, Payroll Fast Formulas, payroll elements, AME
 Involved in the monthly Payroll run in terms of supporting, maintenance and operations
 Fulfilled user needs of customizations and resolving the problem requests with functional setup. Provided training material and assistance to the application users
 Involved in up grade from 11i to r12 by supporting the data needed and providing training material

 Implemented SCM module right from scratch in terms of creating reports, AME, Personalization and APIs
 Provided post Go-Live support and consulting services for Supply chain users and Financial users including financial reports needed for end year period closing

 Implemented HRMS module right from scratch in terms of creating reports, AME, Personalization and APIs

 Provided new solutions for SCM module and implemented HRMS module from scratch in terms of creating reports, AME, Personalization, Fast Formulas and APIs
 Provided Technical Assistance Requests (TARs) utilizing Oracle Meta-link and patch management to reduce user issues and increase application availability
 Customized Oracle R12 application by developing new reports, forms, packages, procedures and new interfaces for Financial and HRMS modules
 Involved in monthly financial reports, period closing, creating Alerts, Approval Management Engine (AME), User hooks, Forms personalization and Workflow customizations

 Provided new solutions for reports and personalization
