• Maintain and control reliable production scheduling, material requirements planning, and sales targets control to achieve targeted customer service level, operations efficiency targets, and cost saving objectives
• Effective participation in all meetings related to the position.
• Participate in developing department business plan.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving departmental skill level to serve the site and the changing business needs.
• Control department actual performance against business plan targets.
• Participate in departmental budgeting and control spending against approved budget
• Implement and control forecasting system, effective process and responsible to achieve forecast accuracy targets and timelines.
• Achieve customer strategic management objectives, implement long-range Sales planning, optimize Sales, standardize contract clauses and structure, and build reliable Sales base and healthy customer relationships.
• Maintain and control reliable Sales channels to achieve company customer service and cost saving objectives
• Maintain, and control Sales to achieve company objectives of customer service, operations efficiency, and cost reduction
• Maintain and control customer order management and customer service
• Maintain and control the integration of the processes among Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and outside customers to execute the planning process along with establishing new Sales channels.
• Leads, guide, and control the performance of different Sales teams .
• Develop and maintain the production schedule for confirmed orders and release available to promise for sales and customer inquiries
• Identify systems tools needed to implement planning/forecasting systems
• Lead efforts as it relates to Sales planning and execution systems
• Manage and supervise Marketing and Sales staff
• Maintain key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to Sales planning / forecasting;
• Measure actual performance against goals on regular basis and present results to senior management
•Training of newly appointed and current sales representatives.
•Manage and control the sales performance of the institutional sales team.
•Handling, developing and controlling the execution of the all marketing and sales plans for all our products in all our accounts.
•Open new channel and get new potential customers through powerful communications and relations.
