Responsible for overseeing team of Administrators doing day to day operations of the IT Network and devices ensuring 24/7 availability. Ensuring compliance to Information Security Policy, and reporting of security incidents
Monitor Company’s multi-technology global Network devices and server connection through solution tools to maintain 24/7 availability of the network and to maintain the atmospheric condition required to keep the system working efficiently
Coordinate staffing to ensure 24/7 coverage and that all projects are implemented and completed within the framework, quality, scope, time and budget objectives.
Available to respond to team and colleague enquiries and escalations outside working hours.
Support the Troubleshooting LAN/WAN/WLAN network and Firewalls when needed
Manage multi-cultural and multi-lingual team which may be virtual in nature
Coordinate staffing to ensure 24/7 coverage and that all tasks are completed within the framework, quality, scope, time and budget objectives.
Ensure all Company and Department policies and procedures are followed.
Follow IT standards and defined processes and policies for workflow using a systematic approach, to complete assigned tasks
Implement policies and act in accordance with the organization’s information security policies.
Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference
Built Monitoring Environment from Scratch, based on company's adoption of Solarwinds Orion NPM, NTA & IPAM, where applied needed configuration on the monitoring tool and network devices to assure environment monitored 24/7
• Implement and monitor Agility’s global Network devices (routers, gateway, switches etc) and server connection through solution tools to maintain 24/7 availability of the network.
• Configure and implement the network design according to the defined critical points of the network recommended by the manager.
• Run and implement the facilities (server rooms, network connection places etc) to maintain the atmospheric condition required to keep the system working efficiently.
• Document every change that happened to the system to keep a record of these actions for future reference purposes.
• Report periodically to the manager on the performance of the network, including any incidents of failures, their reason and the preventive action recommended.
• Provide level 1/level 2 support.
• Understand the behavior of company-owned services in order to deploy it and to troubleshoot problems.
• Coordinate trouble shooting of network outages and trouble reports with Internet Service Providers, customers and other groups as needed. This may include performing circuit testing with the carrier and/or customer head-to-head.
• Be available to respond to user and colleague inquiries and escalations outside working hours.
-Monitoring Network elements (network and system)
-Raise incidents and requests
-Periodic Follow up of local and regional admins to isolate and resolve any problems reported
-Prepare Monthly and annual infrastructure Analysis reports
NMC Controller - Network Management Center Department:
-Interact with customers to detect, analyze and solve connectivity problems.
-Use the appropriate troubleshooting steps and tools to be able to solve the problem or evaluate which department should this problem be assigned to.
-Coordinate with other departments to assign cases that concern each department.
-Follow up with other departments and with customers in order to reach a solution to the problem and confirm that it is solved.
-Control QualityNet network by NMS/AWS system (ALCATEL platform)
-Remote configuration and monitoring for customers’ Frame-Relay, Leased Line and DSL/ADSL links.
-Handling webhosting troubleshoot using webhosting monitoring tools.
Design Section:
Designing and drawing the layout of the electrical panels in accordance to the comapny's designs.
Assistant production engineer:
Follow up with the orders, check for availability of materials and Quality control.
Microcontroller Based Projects.
- Electric Circuits assembly and testing
- Detect and fix errors in faulty circuits.
- Design and Implement circuits for assigned projects.
