• Achieving and enhancing required knowledge and skills regarding Hydraulic Calculation (JGC Best Pipe+), P&ID Development, Process Simulation (HYSYS), DP/DT map and Heat Exchanger Design (HTRI) to perform according to the company standards.
• Providing support and guidance to HSE department via scribing a HAZOP meeting by utilizing PHAWorks software.
• Coordinating laterally between diverse technical teams and vertically across management hierarchy to seamlessly implement - project roll outs, management systems and process enhancements.
• Keeping abreast of latest technological advancements and utilizing the potential of the same to respond to the distinctive needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proficiently contributed in P&ID's development and HAZOP to examine existing/planned operation procedure and identify hazards, causes for operational problems, quality problems, and delays.
• Actively reviewed vendor’s data sheets and equipment’s data sheets thus ensured procedural adherence.
• Attained sound knowledge in line sizing, pump hydraulics and calculations to perform tasks more efficiently.
• Stayed acquainted with job knowledge by reading and understanding cause and effect diagram as well as planned, studied and presented breather valves (API 2000).
Key Responsibilities:
• Handled all construction activities of the project in accordance with company procedures and standards.
• Effected updates/adjustments to project plan and ensured project continues to meet key deliverables defined at project commencement.
• Tracked project progress and provided periodic status reports to the client on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
