1. Develop company procedure and execution for Transfer of Work in accordance to AIRBUS procurement process AP5176.
2. Prepare Management Paper using AP5176 AIRBUS standard for metallic part work transfer.
3. Ensure best practice to everybody for outsource activity by transferring all the required knowledge to supplier.
4. Develop supplier in accordance to AIRBUS and Boeing quality, specifications and standards.
5. Advice supply chain department on the best production buffer set level prior work transfer to another supplier.
6. Take the lead role in full planning and execution of project milestone (Project Manager) radomes and monorails.
7. Work closely with the operation and management team, utilize relationship to ensure schedule plan and budget are within control.

1. Control engineering drawings and interprets into job order/process sheets for job documentation on production.
2. Job Order writing for :
Wing, canard and fuselage bonding and assembly.
b) Engine installation: Fit-out, exhaust system, fuel system, propeller installation and engine alignment.
c) Undercarriage, bulkheads and firewall installation.
d) Interior parts dry-fitting and installation.
e) Avionics system installation : Wiring loom, instrument for navigation such as air speed indicator, Artificial
Horizon, Gyro, navigation light and control surface detector.
f) Aircraft final touch-up and final inspection.
g) Flight test for new aircrafts.
3. Initiate non conformance report for work/parts that non conform to engineering documents.
4. Resolve all issue on Job Order discrepancies.
5. Ensure Job Order wrote are according to Department Civil Aviation requirements.
6. Meeting with DCA (Department of Civil Aviation) representatives for audits. Assist QA Manager during audit by DCA.
7. Initiate and plan purchase of 950 aircraft assembly parts.
8. Planning of material and production for assembly of aircraft Eagle 150B. Ensuring material available per Master
Production Schedule (MPS).
9. Ensuring supplier to deliver parts and material per aviation requirements.
10. Meet QA requirement in aircraft manufacturing - QM, SOP.

5. Experienced on aircraft documentation writing and managing according to FAA requirements.
