Head Quarters Building: ADNOC New Corporate Head Quarters (76F) - Abu Dhabi. UAE Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation of Monthly Interim Progress applications to Main Contractor
Preparation of Domestic and Nominated Subcontractors payment certificates
Report on progress of work on site through actual measurement on site and prepare cost reports.
Identification of variation and extra work claims/submission, Preparation of material procurement schedule
Preparation of Variation orders
Review of tender documents.
Assist on other related works involved in tender submission process.
Taking off Quantities for preparation of Bills of Quantities
Participate in Progress meeting with the Main Contractor and Consultant
Negotiated with Suppliers and Sub Contractors
Following up with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation, queries and technical clarifications.
Preparing and issue sub-contract tender packages including BOQ, specifications, drawings and other documents for quotations.
