• Locate vendors of materials, equipment or suppliers and interview them In order to determine product availability and terms of sale.
• Getting goods and services for the best price and value by following company’s internal vendors/ suppliers selection criteria.
• Attend Procurement meeting with client and general internal management meeting and prepare Minutes of meeting.

• Extract & break down the data from the commercial offers into specific form and prepare the Commercial Bid Evaluation sheet.
• Establish and maintain the data bank of the eligible subcontractors on Branch level, update and evaluate the data on time.
• Prepare & update the PTW ( Permit to work ) log sheet in order to compensate for Times lost and additional Cost incurred on Idling of Manpower & equipment & machinery caused by late receipt of PTW .
• Prepare the Flowchart of some internal procedures for the Contract department
• Handle the new process of commercial Bid evaluation and update the Master Sheet for Borouge, Kuwait Oil Company & ADCO Projects

Inspection Management System (IMS) - TAKREER Project in Um Al Nar Refinery & Ruwais Refinery.

(IMS: is a program where all the inspection reports done by TAKREER inspection team related to pipes, and static equipment’s will be uploaded into it with all the data where the program will simulate the status of each equipment & start giving prediction maintenance requirements in the future.
• Review Auto Cad and SPF drawings (Piping to analyze the data then upload them into the excel sheet with specific form.
• Classify the data into specific tables
• Figure out all type of fitting and classify them.

• Trained on operational features and application of division's products.
• Involve in training programs (Hydraulic Courses) to obtain product, well site and drilling knowledge.
• Work in Mussafah Completion Well Bore Intervention (CWI) Workshop to be familiar with completion tools
• Work with drawing software ( Power hookup)
• Prepare Quotations, PQS, IRAF, Purchase Order (PO)
• Worked on SAP
• Prepare weekly and monthly report.
• Visit customers & End Users for technical discussions
• Support our coordinators in the logistics & order processing.
• Attend HSE&S courses in Baker Hughes Institute.

Worked as Project Coordinator in a Master Plan Project with multidisciplinary team from Arlington University in Texas and our team in Jordan which includes Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical and Architecture departments. These two groups worked on constructed the Applied Science University Master Plan (Plan for 20 years), my responsibilities were:
• Construct the action Plan.
• Monitor work progress.
• Arranges Meetings between team and principals
• Construct the general lay out of the Master Plan
• Arrange Public Participation (Public forum & present PPT presentation) and several meetings
• Trained the student and instruct them for the Public Forum
• Prepare weekly and monthly report.
• Prepare general & specific surveys
• Analysis & finalize the row data.
• Complete the first 4 Steps of the Plan.
• Attend Extra Course in the University “Planning for Master Plan & Leed GA.
