ATC activities support, logistical, administrative, request regarding the ATC activities ( meeting organizations, dashboards, Financials follow up support with OJO team…) .
•"PMO", Board and Preboard point of contact and /agendas management, presentations to be provided in time, minutes .
•Deliver milestones of overall H1 2017 ATC roadmap/"Support as much as you can to achieve the ATC global objectives .
•Dasboards activities, travel, budget/to be defined and managed .
Arrange settlement and collect active lines bills for all services (mobile, internet, fixed lines)
- Follow up and solve customer complaints related to invoices.
- Conduct dunning process on monthly basis based on extracted reports.
- Meet customers, assist on inquiries and follow up on process.
- Generate monthly analysis and reports for the department.
- Give support to team members and on the job training for new comers.
Work on Bulk sales leads
- Coordinate with other department related to sales group (marketing, data filtering, finance, call center, telesales, activation and technical departments).
- Manage CRM leads and dispatch opportunities on proactive sales team
- Participate in action plans, KPI's and pre-sales preparations.
- Monitor Sales leads in terms of customer bad debt, Technical availabilities and fraud cases.
- Work on CRM leads analysis and reports.
- Contact potential customers in order to coordinate with sales team.
issuing resignations, warnings and clearance letters within the organization.
- follow up with employee’s needs and internal affairs.
- involved in operational HR tasks.
