• Manage the bid qualification process (go/no go) through key
stakeholder meetings and ORBs.
• Lead the development of RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.
• Prepare bid requirement checklist, timeline schedule and
stakeholders’ responsibilities matrix.
• Earned a strong leadership, problem solving and relationship
building skills required to manage projects horizontally across
multiple company divisions (Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Manager,
Quality Director, Operations, Project Managers and General
Managers)
• Coach Sales team to cover all customer needs behind bid request -
written or not - and presenting full customer compliant solution to
have a potential won proposal.
• Work closely with product managers and salespeople to offer best
pricing and terms.
• Effectively write, edit and format proposals accurately within a
scheduled deadline.
• Act as a reference for the Organizations’ legal documents,
company profile, financial statements, up to date staff CVs, up to
date company past experiences and references.
• Determine resources for project management and proposals,
assigning people and resources to meet business needs.
• Applied delegation rules to special bids and ensure approval is
received from persons that hold delegation for that product.
• Track risks throughout the bid process
• Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly reports to track the bidding
process and to determine the company’s outgoing proposals
values and preparing quarterly and yearly dashboards.
• Prepare, package, label and wrap up final proposals and
managing delivery before assigned deadline.
• Manage the Dynamics CRM Platform to maintain the progress of
the organization activities and opportunities under vision and to
ensure that selling progress is on the right track.
• Work closely with the sales team, operations, and other related
stakeholders to generate accurate and symmetric numbers.
• Design presentable reports that are related to the ongoing
opportunities, daily activities, won-lost deals, weekly, quarterly, and
yearly pipeline for the weekly management review.
