Duties include:
- Responsible about receiving curriculum vitae (cv) for each candidate and send it to the hospital and company regarding to their vacancies
- Responsible about calling the candidate and offer them the job offer regard to their qualification
- Follow up with (HR) department about the chosen candidate
- Follow up with the finance department about the payment for each candidate
- Responsible about receiving cv and classified it according to their major
Duties include:
- arranging and scheduling the general manager appointment and duties per a day
- Handles emails, including responding, taking action and distributing as appropriate.
- Orders and co-ordinates travel and visas (if necessary) for the manager
- Handling office work and support.
- Handling telephone calls, filing, sending emails & faxes
-helping the finance department preparing salaries and making pay paychique
- Following up the daily secretaries tasks.
- making widely public relation with the distributer
Duties include:
