Document Control & Handling
Monitor RFI as per Summary Scheduled inspection
Maintain all record keeping arranged in accordance to inspection activities & summary as followed.
Maintain accurate and up to date log regards to Correspondence, RFI, track responses and advice Control Manager of the status.
Inspection Summary Schedule
Receive & Review RFI (Request for inspection) From vendor/ sub contractor to be scheduled in accordance to Inspector / Engineer in charge
Submit & Request Approval for the Scheduled inspection Summary.
Distribute & inform all concerned Inspector / Engineer in accordance to the summary Schedule.
Calibration Control
Receive & Monitor Original & Updated Calibration Certificates.
Maintain & organize Calibration certificates in accordance to material & Equipment used for calibration
Maintain & compile Digital & hard copy of certificates for archival reference purposes
QADP (Quality Assurance Data Package)
Ensures the quality of records, documentation for specific systems and buildings/areas are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements
Organize & filing of Final Technical Documents in Permanent Archive Storage Area
Coordinate and resolve problems arising in different field such as drawings and documents to be missing or damaged to designate authorize personnel.
Submit / Transmit QADP to the Client for approval of System Package accomplished.
ECC (Erection completion Certificate)
Receive & Organize & filing of Final Technical Documents in Permanent Archive Storage Area
Coordinate and resolve problems arising in different field such as drawings and documents to be missing or damaged to designate authorize personnel.
Maintain & Report the Status of Certificate as per System Package to ECC Manager.
Punch list Control & Coordination
Receive & Monitor all punch Status Submitted by Client for rectification.
Maintain all received punch data in a organized moving quality file records
Provide up to date digital & hard copy of all Punch Status for approval purposes
Coordinate and resolve problems arising such as approval, confirmation & information regards to procedural instruction & concerned person.
Report daily & Weekly Punch Status to all concerned Department & General Managers
Upload digital Summary Report & punch list closed status to PMIS for overall reference.
Handle mails and messages of guests and reply promptly to the issues concerned.
Arrange reservations for dinners and concerts.
Suggest restaurants, shopping location, spas, health services and other places of interest for the guest in the area.
Act as travel consultants and guide guests on various discount travel packages and special services offered.
Act as a guide in local tourist maps and geographical area.
Maintain confidentiality of any information of the guests and keep it only to the knowledge of hotel management.
Taking care of guests essentials and belongings
Supervise and overlook schedules of bell attendant and valet parkers.
Handle Sort Inbound to Outbound of packages according to flight destination
Internal Auditor for Inbound package container and responsible for Input sorting of packages.
Operates Ground Support Equipment in accordance to airport safety practices
Responsible for maintaining safety and security of the ramp at all times
Transfer loaded container to aircraft flight destination
Observe safe ground handling procedures and maintenance of ground handling equipment, including the performance of equipment checks
Responsible for courteous, prompt, accurate and careful handling of customer baggage, airfreight (continuous lifting, loading/unloading, sorting & transfer of baggage, freight, )
Assist in ramp set-up and storage of equipment and baggage
Application of vehicles licenses and gate pass
Liaise Employee Identification Card / Gate pass for Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority Premises
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.

Assisting to arrange the transportation for guest in the absence of Bell Captain.
Responsible for the cleanliness of the counter and the surrounding environment.
In charge of the lobby lighting on & off periodically.
Distribution of newspaper to long staying guest and departments concerned.
Extend assistant to guests and patrons alike in a flexible manner unless it is illegal.
Maintain professional image while on duty with well grooming hygiene and prescribed uniform.
Perform other duties being assigned by the Bell Captain, Assistant Manager, Front Office Manager or other concerned hotel officers.
