Responsible for building and maintaining DWH of multiple systems used with in a Bank.
•ETL development using SSIS, PL/SQL, T-SQL, PowerShell Scripts etc. from T24 Banking Core System to DWH(SQL Server), HPS Cards System to Oracle and multiple other systems.
•BI reporting using SSRS, QlikSense
•Providing technical oversight to junior developers
• Strong knowledge across the Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/2012 product suite including: SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Database Development.
• Experienced in Database Designing, Development, Optimization and Administration
• Having strong grip on advanced T-SQL, PL/SQL coding.
• Experienced in Designing and Development of ETL packages.
• Experienced in setting up Replication, Log Shipping
• Experienced in Integration of data sources like Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 and Flat Files.
• Experienced in SSAS for Cube Development and SSRS for Reporting.
• Proficient in OLTP, OLAP and Data Warehousing Design concepts.
• Experienced in use of Oracle / PLSQL, MySQL, SAP SQL Hana, QlikSense.
• Not bound to any specific tool worked on many different ETL tools like Yellow fin, Informatica, OWB.
• Having good problem-solving skills and love to learn new tools and technologies
• Responsible for complete data warehouse solution, including source system study, data modeling, dimensional modeling, data mapping, cube development, data integration, maintenance, tuning, support, installation and upgrades using MS BI Tools.
• Provides technical oversight to other implementation engineers.
• Participates in all phases of the project life cycle from requirements definition through to implementation using SQL Server, SSIS and SSAS.
