Designation: Service & Spare Parts Manager (For Entire Eastern Region).

Our Company is the Sole Distributor of the following products in Saudi Arabia:

1. Midea Air Conditioner. VRF, Package, Floor Standing, Concealed, Cassette, Split, and Window AC.
2. Beko Home Appliance. Refrigerators, Freezers, Washing Machines, Dishwashers, Cooking Range.
3. Candy Home Appliance. Washing Machines & Dryers, Vacuum Cleaners.

Achievements:

Completed Midea Products Service Training.
Beko Appliance Service Module Training.
Candy Wi-Fi and App Module Training.

Role & Responsibilities:

 To ensure that the customer gets the best after sales service based on our warranty policy.
 Plan & execute daily work schedule of the service team based on complaint received by call centre.
 Keep track of the service teams on the field and instruct them to visit a new customer based on the current location of the team. This reduces the time taken to serve the customers.
 Keep the RTAT (Repair Turn-around Time) low and below our competitors to ensure goodwill which helps in increasing sales.
 Train and guide technicians on a regular basis for new products and/or new error codes.
 Report quality issue if any to the National Manager to improve product performance.
 Talk to customers directly in case they need to have further discussion to resolve the issue.
 Keep track of the availability of Spare Parts and re-order when it reaches minimum level.
 Classify the Spare Parts as Fast Moving, Normal & Less Moving items in order to let the procurement department know which items to order on priority. This also helps in reducing blockage of funds and proper space utilization of the warehouse.
 Submit report to National Manager for claiming In-Warranty Spare Parts from Manufacturer.
 To ensure that all receiving and issuance are properly posted in the software and conduct regular inventory to verify the same.
 Prepare monthly report for the Service Department to be submitted to the Head Office.

1. Handling around 6000 different types of automobile spare parts, tyres and lubes.
2. Receiving stocks and verifying these against invoices/delivery orders from suppliers.

4. Prepare Goods Receiving Notes and make immediate posting of data to avoid delay in supply to the counter.
5. Utilize maximum use of available store space by making a distinction between fast moving items and other items.
6. Maintain the re-ordering level for each item and inform about it to the purchase department accordingly when any item falls below that point.
7. Keep the inventory program up-to-date.
8. Carrying out annual inventory under the supervision of external auditors and assisting Parts Manager in preparing the discrepancy/stock adjustment report for Senior Managers.
9. Supervise laborers and assign work schedules.
10. Adhere to standard safety and security rules to safeguard against pilferage and accidents.
