- Manage difficult portfolios or cases and assist staff in resolving complicated problems. Take necessary action to collect due amounts for doubtful loans and coordinate with the concerned department to take legal actions when necessary.
- Assist in setting Branch goals & in the achievement of these goals, in the staff management, supervision, training and motivation and participate in the assessment of their performance. Replace the Branch Manager in case of his/her absence.
- Review the work of the customer service officers and make sure customers’ files are complete.
- Ensure the daily opening and closing of the branch.

 Make sure that all established precautionary procedures are followed to maintain maximum security of branch’s premises and ensure proper upkeep of branch’s premises and equipment. Check and monitor cash reserves at the branch.

 Control & approve the units’ End of Day operations. Review and control weekly/monthly reports & statistics to be submitted to Branch Manager. Follow up with the unit members the observations reported by the Internal Audit department in order to correct or prevent discrepancies
