Analyze and design the required tables for Oracle internet banking system and following up SDLC with team members for this application, the goal of this applicaiton is helping bank employees in managing, administration and tracking bank customers for internet bank applicaiton
(Migration the Internet Bank from BEA into IBM ).
Managing and supervising e-solution team to imigrate internet bank from platform (BEA/WLS) into another platform(IBM/WAS).
(System integration for ATM switch and Bank application in UAE).
manage building ATM switch listener in one of UAE Local Banks, we have did business integration with the bank back end system, and system integration with ATM switch to the other side.
Managing and supervising the integration of the internet banking on the Ora bank system, which is a bank application written on Oracle designer from A-Z, we did business integration with the bea application server, since we have utilized a stored procedures and functions to meet the integration process and according to SRS . In this SRS the following issues were written : customer requirements, services requirements, the required interfaces which is represented in a stored procedures and functions and screen paintings for all services.
-Administration tools for SMS banking.
Analyze and design the tables for sms banking and following up SDLC for this application with the development people, in which this tool will meet the customer requirement for SMS Banking solution.
- e-Insurance:
this project is related to insurance, we have developed several services to help insurance company customers(medical and general) on the internet through authentication and authorization system. we did out sourcing from Yarmouk univercity.
- e-Insurance, Gap analysis for general, medical and permission systems .
Doing gap analysis for the e-insurance and the needed technology to be adapted over the different communication channel (WEB, SMS, PHONE), taking in the consideration the technical and business point of views, system design, database, and gateways.
-ATM switch
Leading, supervision and consultation a team for building an API for ATM switch in banking application for bank application written with Oracle .
- e-Banking .
Managing a project for re-engineering the Internet banking application from twister application server to a newer one, it was built over J2EE, we've used weblogic platform as application server from BEA. project duration was three months, we could convert the whole internet banking applications from RDOs to EJBs in J2EE standard.
- Banking Application.
The Organization took a strategic decision to convert it’s banking application from the up and running version (RM-Cobol) to Acu-corp technology my role was solving the problems that may be occurred with the team and e-mail the support for the Acu corp in U.K to overcome the technology based or knowledge base problems.

Managing a team for doing a comprehensive study about the recent technology over the different delivery channels, advantages and disadvantages for each one, we have had to decide on which direction (track) shall we go, we have two options J2EE or .NET, preparing the needed technical report regarding this study and present it to the top management to help them for taking decision on which technology shall we go.
- e-Bank
my role in this project as follows:
1.Design and analyze the whole project from technical point of view and business perspective.
2.Carrying out the Proof Of Concept for this project.
3.Assigning tasks for the team members and following up with them their code.
4.Building the necessary accessory that will be responsible for carrying data between the central computer and the branches.
5.Doing the system integration needed for this project between the application server and the data in the backend system.
6.Building business logic for the whole functions with the backend system, which is banking application.
7.Decide the manpower and duration needed for each stage in the project
8.Draw the Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and the relationships between the Entities it self.
9.Design and analyze the required tables and building the required constraints for these tables.
10. Following up the developers during building the administration tools and specifying the needed programs for this tools(in VB).
11.Adapting new and modern techniques for authentication of transactions like tokens and developing our code upon these new techniques which will give dynamic security on the Internet.
12.Put my recommendations for the top management a bout hardware requirements and software requirements for the whole project like the Operating systems and servers according to application server needs.
13.writing the customer story(SRS) according to the customer needs and the bank processes.
14.draw the flowchart for each service and design the required screens to be developed by the web designer(screen painting technique).

we have implemented banking application in many banks in the Middle East and west africa region like:
a- Jordan Islamic Bank
b- Saudi and Eygpt bank for finance and investment in Eygpt.
c- Al Baraka Bank in Sudan.
d- Al Nielien Bank in Sudan
the bank application was written in RM-Cobol under Novell Netware, my role was as follows:
1-Implementing and customizing the banking application according to the internal bank procedure
2-Performing data conversion from the old banking system to the our new banking system
3-Building Accounts list, Customer list, General ledger list and Code parameter list for the application according to customer needs
4-Analyze, design, develop and implement the new requirements for the bank
5-Launching the banking application
6-Assigning tasks for the team members and following up with them their code.
7-reporting the management with project status at every stage.
