Duties and Responsibilities:-
•Developing an organization's purchasing &warehouses strategies and policies.
•Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided.
•Evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical Criteria.
•Identifying potential suppliers, building, and maintaining good relationships with existing suppliers.
•Preparing of logistics department budget and making sure to comply with general budget and P&L.
•Ensuring the warehouse operates at peak efficiency.
•Developing warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements.
•Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
•Managing the Company Assets.
•Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan and facilitate on-time materials to the users and when required avoiding out of stock point.
•Supporting new business initiatives and projects and contribute to review meetings and change process. Ensure effective material planning implementation takes place relating to the changes.
•Developing an inventory tracking system to streamline our business operations.
•Developing and maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure demand for materials is met and deliveries made on time.
•Providing successful administrative support and office systems within a complex organization.
•Managing HQ & 26 branches administrative requirements in term of rental, electricity, water, licensing, data communications, and security, extra….
•Complying with all Governmental or local requirements/legislation.
•Manage and supervise all engineering works for new branches or renovation of the current branches.
•Planning, Managing, and supervising HQ & 26 Branches infrastructure periodic maintenance.
