The Water Park Hotel will be a unqiue and exemplary hospitality development in the centre of the new Qiddiya Master plan to the West of Riyadh. The hotel will comprise of 400 keys and include a number of premium villas that will sit on top of a parking and BOH podium.
The design has been developed to be in keeping with the layered rock of the geological context and green planters to bring the feeling of nature into each room of the hotel.
The size of the project is 25, 000 sqm.

Family Integrated Housing project ( Barwa Client) - Qatar
The project was in Al Wakrah Qatar, With a total 330 Buildings, 156 Buildings fully precast modern Buildings G+4 and 174 Buildings with tunnel and conventional system, I was Responsible for More than 70 Buildings, handling the structure work and finishing work and managing all the sub-contractors and prepare the work and the back charge reports and hand over the building to third party FIFA World Cup and to the Client
Project Cost: QR 3 Billion
Cherry woods 378 villas Project ( MERAAS Client ). The project was 378 villas and townhouses, fully precast modern villas G+1 with boundary wall, I was responsible for all precast works ( villas Installation, Boundary walls, Manholes works, water tanks ), the Clint is MERAAS *contract value: AED 52 million .
Communicated daily with vendors to keep project fully operational.
Verified completed projects met approved time, quality, and cost estimates.
Collaborated with contractors, architects, engineers, and public agencies to complete projects within timeline limitations and budget constraints.
Monitored subcontractor operations and applied effective time, resource, and money management strategies to deliver under-budget project completion.
478 villas Akoya Oxygen Project ( DAMAC Properties Client ).
The project was 478 Villas townhouses fully precast modern villas G+1 with boundary wall, I was responsible for the Substructure and superstructure with concrete casting and precast works ( villas Installation, Boundary walls, Manholes works) and All Works related to finishing activates. Project Cost: AED 560 million

Calculated risks during project development and managed risks throughout projects.
The manufacturing of prefabricated pods, Bathrooms, kitchens, and buildings i was responsible for the development of a method statement for the particular work on the factory and check if the works are moving as per the drawing, as per material approved, as per method statement and as per quality control procedure. And the safety of people carrying out the works and making MEP and Civil works inspected and making sure that the job to be inspected is completed so that there will be no revisions or rejection of the finished pod, the manufacturing of prefabricated pods, houses, buildings, overseeing all quality control procedures throughout the full production process Including all inspections and all testing.
1, 017 Residential Villas West Yas (AL-DAR Client ), The project was the Construction of 1017 Villas, I was responsible for the substructure, superstructure ( tunnel and conventional system ) and concrete casting and precast work, external work ( Boundary walls, Manholes works, pavement work ) also i was responsible for all finishing works ( Block works, Plaster Works, Tile work, paint work) and Handed over the Villas to the Client and ADM .
Project Cost: AED 2.2 Billion .
411 villas in West Bani Yas (Ministry of Presidential Affairs).
The project was 411 Villas distributed in three Areas * Construction Cost: AED 423 Million i was responsible to :
-Dealing with customers and the Ministry of Presidential Affairs (MOPA) and Abu Dhabi Municipality ( ADM ) and Engineering Company (EC)
