The project located east of Amman, Masdar’s 247MW Baynouna Solar Energy Project is the largest single
solar energy project in Jordan. The plant will supply the annual power needs of approximately 160, 000
homes and displace an estimated 360, 000 tonnes of carbon dioxide each year.
Main duties:
• Inspection of construction works to ensure that works are done as per the technical
standards, specifications and best practices.
• Ensure proper documentation of construction documents, logs and reports on site.
• Prepare construction progress reports using primavera p6.
• Support the construction manager to coordinate and administrate the projects
implementation and ensure procedural efficiency
• Quantity surveying and verification of quantities of materials and works provided by the sub-
Main duties:
• Preparing specifications, material requisitions, bidding evaluation, quantity estimation, calculation worksheets& reports
• Supervising contractor staff and ensuring projects meet agreed specifications budgets and timescales with client, subcontractors and other professional staff on construction matters.
• Ensuring the construction QA/QC processes are being implemented by the contractors and subcontractors.
• Reviewing and checking ( detailed drawings, vendor drawings, shop drawings)
Al Ain Water Factory (AAFB.1)
Job discerption:
My duty was to supervise and manage construction work of Al Ain Food and Beverages in Al Ain
city - UAE.
The project budget exceeds 50M-USD consists of 7-phases with divided tender and budget as
follow:
• Install high speed line.2 production line in Factory.3 (the fastest water production line in the
Middle East except Al Mara'e line in KSA) which produces 72, 000 bottle / hour. (For 330-ml,
500-ml and 200-ml).
• Rehabilitate and refresh Factory.2 and install a new Ergo.3 line with capacity of 22, 000
bottle/hour
• Convert Factory.1 from a production factory to a warehouse.
• New water pretreatment station with an underground tank of 250-m3
• Fire strategy (Firefighting, Fire Alarm) project for all factories (Factory.1, Factory.2,
Factory.3, Capri-sun juice and beverages factory, and labor's camps).
Main duties:
• Supervise all Construction work in AAFB.1 project.
• Build up the time line on primavera P6 and update it
• Plan and Chair the construction progressive and technical meetings
• Coordinate between project consultant and Employer's (client's) project management team (Civil,
MEP, Machines, Production, Supply chain, Quality, firefighting and environment HSE).
• Intensive Coordination between Production's timeline and Project-construction's timeline.
• Prepare-or-Check and Issue all management's and technical’s documents (official letters, special
reports, NCR, SCAR, Site instructions and site observations).
• Support financial team in head-office regarding payment and claims.
• Reporting to project manager and design team in head office
Obaidallah Office, AMMAN-JORDAN
Main duties:
• Supervise, control & follow up the subcontractors.
• Assurance of quality of work and control the materials which is match with project specification
• Structural designer and supervisor
• Studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project
elements to determine project schedule.
