o Work within the Intellectual Property Department to register intellectual property/trademarks, patents, starting from submitting the application until obtaining the registration certificate.
o Working within the Corporate Department regarding the registration and establishment of companies within the United Arab Emirates, in addition to what is related to the acquisition of companies within the United Arab Emirates.
o Working within the Litigation Department by entering the electronic system of courts in the United Arab Emirates and participating in writing memos.
o Drafting legal memorandums for legal cases
o Drafting, negotiating, and advising on a broad range of corporate commercial agreements and documentation.
o Make applications to the court
o Conduct legal research
o Reviewing commercial agreements
o Pleading on behalf of one of biggest clients (i.e Jordan Electricity and Social Security Corporation) in court
o Presenting evidence in court to support clients in legal proceedings.
o Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations.
o Preparing a draft cooperation agreement with Public Security
o Follow-up on the request for funding with the relevant authorities
o Searching for all the information and documents necessary to complete the financing request
