Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
Execute the project according to the project plan.
Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project.
Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
Manage all project funds according to established. accounting policies and procedures.
overseeing the accounting, costing and billing.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
§ Responsible for driving all areas of the business and for leading teams to deliver results.
§ Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different
countries.
§ Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the
customer's needs and requirements.
§ Make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the
new customers.
§ Ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed
budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales.
§ Take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues
that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.
§ Constantly review distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant
information can be provided to the management.
§ Establishing sales objectives by budgeting, forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
for regions.
§ Providing the factories with production plan as per customers’ orders
§ Coordinating with factories Manager to ensure Quality and delivery date.
§ Leading a sales team of 50-60 senior & junior Sales, marketing and logistics.
Manages and ensures efficient sales operations of the branch to properly address customer requirements and to achieve sales targets within pricing authority, volume and customer satisfaction Maintain the company image to the highest standards.
Staff management: train, supervise, motivate, assist and evaluate showroom staff.
Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed
Order appropriate inventory to optimize sales and profit.
Sales ( Home appliances, Electronics ) / Customer service
Management of all store operational issues for the day to day operations of the showroom ensuring that an excellent standard is met and that the highest levels of customer service are given at all times.
Staff management
Reception Management
Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.
Sales (Tiles - Sanitary ware - Fittings - Bathroom accessories…)
Ensure that customers are extended the highest levels of customer service.
Maximise sales opportunities and ensure that sales targets are exc.eeded.
Follow up the sites and the paint process.
Ensure that the showroom and all displays are neat all time
Plans, assigns, schedules, and supervises the work of laborers on contracting sites and the showroom staff.

Support the brand manager with the development and implementation of brand strategy.
Track key brand performance indicators ( sales, new products, etc.).
Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and Sales Manager for possible marketing activities and promotions for the brands under responsibility.
Assisting and supporting the Brand Manager with purchasing and goods distributions to the branches.
Assisting with displays and merchandising.
Assisting with planning store events, and working in the store during peak hours and special events to maximize sales and ensure a high level of customer service.
As a student in the Faculty, I took courses that cover all major fields of business administration including management, marketing, human resource management, communications, accounting, finance and operational research, strategic Management, Quality Management... Through this well-rounded education, I have strengthen my ability to think critically, communicate clearly, exercise sound judgment and make effective business decisions.
