• Take off Quantities with issued drawing asper the Method of measurement such as SMM7 & POMI in both Pre & post contract.
• Preparation and submission of interim payment Application.
• Identifies the variation & submitting the variation with supporting documents.
• Prepare the measurement sheet for work done report.
• Site visits to evaluate and certify the quantity of actual work done prior to any certification of Sub Contractors payments.
• Prepare list of material on site documents and Collect WIR from QA/QC Engineer for IPA.
• Negotiate with sub-contractors for variation works.
• Monitoring the site activities.
• Complete tender Document Submission.
• Quantity Take off based on contract drawings & specification (AutoCAD, Plan Swift).
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Measurement Sheets.
• Understanding drawings and joinery technical issues.
• Estimating and cost planning activities to include presenting the Estimated Improvement Cost.
• Preparation of BOQ and Cost Estimation in terms of the required material equipment and manpower requirements during the tendering phase Review and finalizes project cost estimates
