Mission:
Scheduling including development, updating and
maintenance, Cost estimation, cost engineering/control and
value engineering.
Support the project manager with progress reporting
including schedule updates, forecast to complete, variance
identification and opportunities for improvement.
Perform project controls activities and assists PMO and
team with overall project management in
tracking, analyzing, forecasting, and reporting of project
costs, schedules, and key performance indicators (weekly,
monthly general progress report, weekly & monthly
installation progress report ).
Utilize project management systems to update and manage
project budgets, commitments, expenditures, work force
estimates and forecasts.
Developing WBS and project coding structures, maintaining
cost loaded schedules, and perform project performance
using earned value.
Provide proposal support to include schedules, reports, and
cost analysis.
Identifies trends and deviations to project team with
recommended courses of actions.

QATAR RAIL MAJOR STATION, tender schedule.
QATAR RAIL REDLINE, tender schedule.
QATAR RAIL GREEN LINE, tender schedule.

Manage the document control process, including the tracking
of RFIs (Request for Information), submits, meeting,
schedule milestones and procurement requests.
Resolve and assist in the resolution of conflicts within and
between functional areas.
Progress monitoring and corrective supervision if necessary.
Project status reports preparation by collecting, analyzing,
and summarizing information and trends recommending
actions to concerned departments.
Establish and maintain positive and effective working
relation-ships with all project members (consultant, architect,
subcontractors and teamwork).
Mission:
Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet
customer expectation
Analyze and prepare documents needed for production.
Data analysis and decision making to support raw material
supply and finished goods demand.
Creates production schedule and prioritizes job-orders for
production optimization.
Maintains the production schedule and follow-up with all
teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet
production schedule and customer expectation.
Complete status reports for production progress, work in
process, and raw material inventory.
Interacts with shop floor management on a daily basis to
resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies.
Design and build a computerized information system to
monitor energy consumption in the firm.
Setup and Review energy optimizing procedures to follow
ISO standard requirement.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress
