- Review shop drawings for implementation on site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors on major activities of work from containment installation, cable pulling activities of the following system - CCTV/Security/ Access Control System / Voice Evacuation / Fire Alarm.
- Expert in providing optimal design solutions for Fire Alarm, Public Address & Voice Evacuation, Addressable Self-contained system, CCTV, Access Control System, Aspiration & Linear Heat Detection and Central Battery System
- Report directly to project managers regarding status of the project through weekly meeting.
- Plan and organize any work related activities through proper allocation of manpower, equipment and materials and coordinates works of Engineers and Workers under supervision.
- Implement project safety programs.
- Received and sorted incoming communications and send E-mails related to work coordination.
- Reporting discrepancies and problems directly to project manager.
- Inspect periodically the works of subordinates to ensure that task was carried out in accordance with plan specifications.
- Witness testing and commissioning activities of ELV systems carried by subcontractors and ensure integrity of the system prior to handling over to the Consultant.
- Involves in Transmission enhancement for different existing projects/locations.
- Troubleshooting skills for Lease Line circuits, Modems, loop testing.
- Involved in the planning and development of new Projects.
- Reviews work order and trouble ticket resolutions for completeness and accuracy; conducts periodic on-site inspections to assure quality of service
- Provides technical support and assistance to system engineer, as required
- Stages equipment to be used in fulfilling work orders, procures replacement stock as appropriate and maintains inventory records
- Creates and maintains accurate and complete databases containing circuit designations, Network elements, ports, and cable assignments, develops procedures for and conducts periodic cable and circuit audits to maximize efficient use of resources
- Assists in determining customer requirements, and suggests solutions utilizing available features of the telecommunications system.
- Maintains and supports appropriate customer service standards in the resolution of equipment/service problems and the planning and scheduling of work orders
- Creates, prepares, and distributes reports on the performance of various telecommunication systems, to include traffic and productivity reports for various call management systems and Network elements.
- Maintains a broad knowledge of state of the art technology, equipment, and systems.
- Field operations specific trouble ticket for Enterprise.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN circuits and terminal equipment required to receive signals.
- Troubleshooting, Test and termination work and network connectivity of communication cables.
- Troubleshooting and testing equipment for IPTV/Cable, IP phone, trunk line, BRI and PRI and Leased Line.
- Termination of different types of copper communication cables, install and re patching the Cables.
- Monitor and maintain the data network Infrastructure.
- Prepare written reports and other technical documentation to communicate ideas, concepts and details necessary to accomplish specific goals. Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
- Perform, or assist in taking parts inventory and order repair parts to ensure sufficient parts for daily activities.
- Troubleshoot complex application and provisioning related problems.
- Fault Management, Reporting and Escalation.
- Dealing with network crises and emergencies at any time.
- Assist in executing technical changes to support operational guidelines.
Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering (2010/2011)
