-Enhances Resort reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring
opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
-Ensure the care and comfort of the Hotel guest, meeting all their requirements and managing guests effectively.
-Daily personalized assistance, detailed observation, the capacity to analyze the guest’s behavior.
-Answer Butler telephone and dispatch guest requests.
-Provide thorough information about all services, facilities, recreation, history, shopping, and local attractions
