As the company was newly established contributed in drafting and finalizing motor and
marine cargo policies, claims’ required forms and other related documents.
Contributed in enhancing the system to cope with and meet the company’s requirements
and SAMA’s as well.
Managing Motor and Marine cargo claims of all branches. After around a year managing
only motor claims.
Attending management meetings and contributing in the company’s strategic plans.
Meeting major customers in order to improve claims’ services and meet their requirements.
Preparing claims’ reports for management.
Responding to customers complaints and solving them.
Performing all managerial duties relating to claims.
Coordinating and cooperating with Underwriting department and providing them with reports,
recommendations and observations to improve the underwriting term, conditions and rates.
Attending SAMA’s supervisory visits and responding to Motor and General Claims queries
and issues.
On May, 2013 moved to General Claims Dept. to handle general claims (engineering,
property, liability, workmen’s compensation, travel insurance etc….).
On February, 2014Reinstated as Motor Claims Manager to address all motor problems and
issues emerged.
Awarded pass on completion of the following two subjects through intensive courses in English held by BIBF at Riyadh from 06.07.2002 to 11.07.2002: 1- Fire & Loss Of Profit Insurance. 2- Motor Insurance.

Intensive course for senior management on marine insurance held by The Arab General Union for Insurance in Jordan from 12 to 17 September 1987 on the following subjects: - ICC clauses [Hull & Ports Risks, Containers, Petrol, Frozen Meat, Freight Charges, Air, Sendings by Post, war & SRCC Risks, Additional Expenses]. - General Average and relative claims settlement. - P & I Clubs. - Rating. - Hull & Cargo Surveys. - Claims’ Settlement. - Hazardous Cargoes. - Pollution. - Marine Risks Management.
