• Responsible for All contracts with all suppliers in the category
• Achieving monthly budgeted margin of the section
• Achieving monthly budget for other sources of income
• Achieving monthly budgeted sales turnover
• Ensuring that the full range of the section is available
• Ensuring that promotions are exclusive, competitive, and related to theme; that would attract consumers to the shop.
• Ensuring that the merchandising of items in the store yields best turnover per square meter, (space to sales analysis versus rental income)
• Ensuring that stock levels of merchandising do not exceed company set levels
• Perform monthly cleanup of the ERP application (AX) from obsolete SKUs
• Solving issues with store and warehouse manager
• Responsible for assisting in signing off of company stock take (from a commercial side, promotions, variants…..)
• Responsible for renting specific locations within the shop as per company strategy
• Following up on stock availability, compensations, and penalties with suppliers
• Responsible for setting up KVI list every 3 months for the intended category
