1. Act as primary client’s Engineer for all inquiries and concerns related to MEP in project and facilities management to provide technical and functional supports.
2. Discuss with management about project technical requirements and give suggestions to achieve the requirements.
3. Review the consultant design for the MEP services and co-ordinate with them for required correction and revisions.
4. Technical review and evaluation of MEP proposal and submittals from the contractor and appoint MEP contractors for the projects with management approvals.
5. Maintained effective working relationships with Consultant, contractors, suppliers & all technical teams to execute assigned projects within deadlines and to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards as per authorities and client requirements.
6. Witnessing and approving the Testing and Commissioning of all MEP systems and takes proper handing over from the contractor with proper reports and documents.
7. Responsible for Investigate problems, recommend solutions and managing of the team of MEP technicians and supervisors overseeing the provision of maintenance to on site MEP systems.
8. Preparing documents to put out tenders for AMC contractors and supervising & coordinating work with AMC contractors.
9. Planning, organizing and inspecting Plan preventative maintenance with contractors as per service level agreement.
10. Preparing & monitoring budgets and maintenance cost and expenses. Proper documentation of all the issues related to FM.
1. Manage overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement for the facility.
2. Implement procurement strategies to maintain security of supply and optimum value for money.
3. Perform all procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation and preparation of contracts
4. Set policy and guidelines for delivering commercial and cost effective procuring process for the business.
5. Conduct business review meetings with key stakeholders to assess risk, review future strategies, and identify potential cost down and improve opportunities.
6. Review current processes for procurement and make recommendations where appropriate. Provide periodic reporting for management on purchasing, controls and processes. Teach and educate managers and associates about the procurement process control.
1. Mainly in Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Air conditioning And Ventilation services, responsible for design, over-viewing, procurement, cost control, liaison with clients, suppliers and other contractors on site, tendering and over all supervision.
2. Organizing materials, including quantity take off, preparing enquiries, follow up materials and arranging deliveries in time.
3. Supervise Designers, Drafting Technicians & MEP supervisors involved in the project & checking of drawings.
4. Supervision of all mechanical services and coordinate with other services.
5. Arranging manpower for the installation works.
6. Variation pricing.
7. Performed test on equipment, materials and completed installations in accordance to specifications.
8. Preparing progress reports, sketches, schedules, and raising RFI's etc.
9. Organizing commissioning activities/coordinating with other services (electrical).
1. Attending the design coordination meeting.
2. Preparation of heat load calculation, Duct sizing, sheet metal calculation & MEP requirements.
3. HVAC equipment selection and commissioning supervision.
4. Supervision of designing, drafting, fabrication & installation of ducting.
5. Coordinating and supervising all the stage of inspection and testing of completed installations.
6. Preparation of detail B.O.Q & handing over report.
7. Evaluates the qualifications of duct workers and equipment technicians with regard to the activities assigned.
