• Working In Expo 2020 as AV-IT technician in Terra pavilion, Vision pavilion, Women’s pavilion, Romania pavilion, Malta pavilion Alif Pavilion and KSA pavilion.
• Responsible in managing SOD and EOD of the pavilions, weekly and monthly PPM including manage maintenance work on an Audio Visual equipment, Lighting and advice on the upgrade of the same.
• Experience managing and supervise the configuration and setting-up all AV and lighting software including IT and network.
• Supervise the configuration of Grand MA (NPU, RPU), Dante, QSC, Medialon, Enttec (pixelators), Madrix, Kramer, 7sense delta media servers, Hippo media servers, Novastar, MCTRL4K, Resolume, Etc.
• Contribute to visitors and guest satisfaction and technical support services quickly address, and where possible, anticipate, individual needs. Ensure the safety and comfort of visitors.
