Worked as an Internee in VAS planning. Understanding the concept and the flows of the described services and managing the excels sheets of:
CRBT, EVC, SMSC, USSD, WAP, MMS, MCA, ADM, Anti-Spam etc, also raising word orders for the related issues.
Major responsibilities include the monitoring of the Power issues that may occur in the BTS or BSC sites, which can have the AC/DC issues, re-fueling, Mains fail, Over Temperature etc using iManager M2000 and also alerting a specific Site Manager to look onto the issue that are occurring.
The overall structure and the understanding of the concepts included in the implementation of the whole PSTN networking.
Worked in the OFS department and getting familiar with the iManager tool for monitoring the sites.
Has an experience of working in the NGN department and getting to know the C4/C5 technologies.
The Switching and the IGE/ITMC technologies to understand the flow of the Land Line calling worldwide.
