Drilling & Work Over & Completion Supervisor at ADCO

 Avoid non productive time, by ensuring - ( in co-ordination with the Drilling Team Leader, Operations Manager & Services Companies Headstaff ) - that all personnel, equipment and materials needed to carry out the planned operations, are available onboard the rig in due time
 Working with HT, High T&D ( Torque and Drag ) in very long horizontal wells, till to 3000 m and in overballance drilling, in underbalance with air drilling same and hole water producing zones
 Supervise vertical, directional and horizontal drilling of MD 3600-6200 m and TVD around 2700 m depth wells
 Continually monitor the effectiveness of the ongoing operational process, and report on same to the Drilling/Workover Well Operations Team Leader, make recommendations for improvements to the programmer, activity and HSEQ. Working in a high level of H2S environment, till to 35%
 Ensuring the safety of all aboard, and analyzing and reporting on the performance of the rig, in terms of HSE
 Send rig move notification, complete Rig Move report
 Check construction location, mark up site, cellar installing, conductor pipe, water wells drilled
 Daily reporting rig activity on EDM - Engineering Data Model by Halliburton
 Design casing tally, calculate cementing jobs, follow well costs. Order casing, cement, bits, water and chemicals
 Work over programs : Abandon of the Well, Cement and Retainer Plugs, Phase-out in productive layers, Squeeze Cement, Drilling out the Plugs, Side Tracking, Washing Out in the Casing Hole and Open Hole, Well Head Test & Chrismass Three, Killing the Well, Single and Dual Completion & Packers, Completion of the well and gas injection, Fishing, Slick Line, Logging, Wire Line, Perforation and Cutting Casing or Tubing, Milling Packers and tubulars, etc.
