Responsible for developing the commercial chain of health clubs including spa, personal training, GX
facilities for both genders and kids and to search for the new concepts, trends and potential opportunities
according to the market demand and conditions, prepare feasibility studies, business model, operational
model, sales and marketing plans, operation manuals, responsible for initiated projects profit and loss.
 Leading the company growth in the commercial health clubs line of the business through developing new
range of services, products and projects that will ensure the company leading position in this segment
Accountabilities:
 Discovering, exploring opportunities and identifying trendsetter ideas by researching the market and
related events, publications and announcements
 Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company
strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials, estimating market behavior

 Drive peak performance and sales success across the projects sales and activities
 Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients or partners to do business with
the company
 Develop the new projects concepts technically and prove the know-how of the new ideas
 Study the new projects locations, lay outs, spaces, catchment areas, competition and prepare SWOT
analysis for the nominated site
 Develop the new projects scopes statement in order to communicate with the concerned departments and
other specialized contractors
 Develop the new projects plan including the subsidiary plans (scope, time, cost, quality, human resources,
communication, procurement, risk and stakeholders)
 Lead project implementation activities according to the project master plan
 Execute the project activities and ensure the projects are performing the work in accordance to the
indemnify scope
 Monitor and control the project activities and take necessary action to streamline the performance with
the approved project performance baseline
 Report to the management in a weekly manner about the project states, progress, issues, highlighting any
deviation in the implementation through conducting trend analyses and forecasting and recommending
the corrective or preventive action to maintain and balance the project constrains
 Perform variance analysis on the running projects actual expenses against budget and verify the rout cause
of the variance and take the necessary action to chive the pre-defined targets
 Create the third parties contract drafts, reflecting all the main targeted obligations and liabilities
 Design the third party and suppliers selection criteria according to the project objectives and constrains
 Handover the new projects operationally to the club managers after completing the project set up scope
successfully
 Perform project closure process after validating the final acceptance of the project deliverables according
to the project approved plan
 Recording all the project documentation and issue a project final report highlighting all the lessons learned
from the projects and decisions taken and reasons behind taking dose decisions for the future project use
and for updating company process assets
 Supporting all other sports division team with the projects available financial data for the process of
continuous development
 Identify the project risks and prepare risk management plan, including risk response plans and
recommending actions to mitigate any unknown risk
 Lead the project sales and take the necessary action to achieve the target projects profit and income
 Introduce continuous development plans for the running clubs
 Supervise the daily operation, staff issues, customer complains of the running projects through the club

 Represent the company in a professional manner in the local and international events and enforce a
