- Leading promo and campaigns team at Zomato to drive 2 key objectives through this team i.e. Market Share Gain and Improving Profitability (bottom line).

Revenue Growth - Worked with zonal business teams to plan and achieve month on
month revenue targets. Devising regional strategies and working very closely with business teams to execute them.
Hunting - Managing pan India funnel to ensure healthy pipeline of new clients. Led a growth of 100% in monthly new clients within 4 months of undertaking this project.
Farming - Devised cohort wise pan India client growth strategies and focused on parameters like trading ratio, CPM, CPB, DEPS etc. Successfully doubled average 2nd month's business for Pan India.
Pricing - It was one of the key levers to drive business, worked on pan India pricing strategy to ensure healthy revenue growth. In July 18 overall revenue stood at ~30 Cr as compared to ~18 Cr in
March 2018.
PnL and Profitability - Managing overall PnL of corporate part truck load business. Goal was to achieve Ebit profitability. Driving clarity on PnL of all accounts across teams. Important levers were identified to focus on profitability like truck utilization, network balance, share of retail (cash) business, etc.
Central Strategy and Planning - Driving other central projects to improve our operational efficiencies and our customer experience. Drafting monthly business health report for management and board, laying out the strategy/goals for next month.

International Business
Designed a model for market analysis and customer profiling
Created a completely automated model on Excel, which shows
analysis and segmentation on entering the survey results
Applied this model on one of the international market (Colombia)
- a survey in which 13000+ questions were answered
Showed the current brand positioning of Hero in Colombia and
how slight shift in the positioning can boost performance
Campaign Management
Key responsibility area was to manage marketing campaigns in
terms of lead flow analysis, handling approximately 500 leads
per day
Extensive reporting and analysis involved to calculate sales
intelligence data, like ROI of a campaign on a CRM tool
(SalesForce) and MS Excel
Managing and optimizing more than 15 live marketing
campaigns at any given time
Worked in a close coordination with North America sales team
and marketing team to successfully execute campaigns by
bridging the gap
