plant protection products based on high quality generic active substances. Main task in these brownfield project is Basic, Detail &As-built Layout & Piping design using Autodesk 3DPlant / CAD MEP including systems design, production, specifications BoM, BoQ.
Senior Piping Engineer
• Undertake piping design and consultancy work including systems design, production, specifications and schedules
• Provide reports and advice to Clients.
• Develop and frequently review priority lists of programmed tasks.
• Prepare sketch drawings, plot plan and layouts, in sufficient detail to enable draughts persons to produce satisfactory detail drawings as required for tender, construction or other purposes;
• Prepare particular project specifications and schedules adapting standard specification information where possible;
• Prepare bills of quantities in accordance with current Standard Method of Measurement documents; assist Clients in the selection of appropriate methods of contracting works;
• Carry out site supervision duties as necessary to ensure woks are installed in accordance with contract documentation and good engineering practice;
• Assist in the financial control of contracts including the preparation of interim and final project valuations
• Liaise with other design team members internal and external, represent the business at meetings. Liaise with and provide focal point for Clients and lead and/or support consultants to ensure that Client interests are more effectively fulfilled.
• Regularly review personal and subordinates forward programme work load.
• Prepare feasibility studies and any specialist studies as required by the project brief; justify systems selection by means of investment appraisal techniques; if required by the project brief, prepare presentation material and carry out presentations to Client. To comply with strategy and actions which encourage and produce a safe working environment for all staff, which reduces the impact to the environment. To contribute to ensuring operations are conducted in accordance with the relevant ISO and national legislation. To ensure contract compliance with the IMS, by supporting the administration of the Internal Audit programme, corrective action, and customer feedback registers.
Detail Process Equipment & Piping Design of Pharmaceutical plant
Client: Wacker-Germany using AUTOCAD 3DPlant 2018
Coordination and technical support to Ele/Ins/Civil/Mech Engineers. Plot plan and piping lay-out update. Mechanical detail drawings and tie-ins review.
Detailed Piping Design for 4 Natural Gas Compressor Stations. The third line of "KAZAKHSTAN-CHINA" MAIN GAS PIPELINE from the border between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan to Horgos, China will have the design capacity of 25 BCMA. The total length of the pipeline is 1310 km, MAOP is 9.81Mpa and pipeline diameter is 1219 mm. Eight compressor stations (CCS1-CCS8), have been designed to boost the gas pressure to the pipeline MAOP.
Scope of work is to make Detail design of CCS-1 & 3 and following documentation which include Piping Specification, P&IDs, BOM, 3D modeling, PGA, Sections and Details, Isometrics
