Full P&L accountability for the entire business in Bahrain - 82 retail stores, 22 different retail concepts, 2 warehouses and 3 big size shopping malls.

I was leading a transformation of all the retail operations and retail property portfolio of Panda Retail Company in Saudi Arabia

I joined the company in 1997 as a Management Trainee.
After 2 years of store operations jobs, I was promoted to a role of the Store Director and managed 3 stores in total.
Then I assumed a role of the Area Director with a full P&L accountability for the region.
Lately, I worked as a Strategy and Format Development Director in Czech Republic and UK.
I then spent one year as a Head of Retail Operations for Convenience Stores and two years as a Head of Retail Operations for Hypermarkets.
In March 2010, I was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors with an accountability for Supply Chain, Support Office and Store Development.
Lately, I assumed a Board Member role in Hindustan Service Centre, Bangalore, India with P&L accountability for Commercial Process worldwide.
My last position with Tesco was a Member of the Executive Board of Directors with the responsibility for the Ordering and Distribution functions.
