- Incharge of membership, personal training and operation department
- Hit monthly target set by company
- Monitor club monthly fee collection make sure hit collection target.
- Taking care of member experience and membership retention, reduce membership cancellation.
- Provide sales, communication and after sales service skill to sales and operation staff.
- Provide training to new staff and developing assisting staff to next level.
- Inchrge of daily sales report, send to daily sales report to Vice President.
- Work closely with the marketing team and other department utilize relationships to ensure that hit target on the monthly.
-Doing Audit on the club, make sure club facility is well maintain and membership personal training department daily planner to ensure all 3 department well organize.
EXPERIENCES GAINED
- Experience in selling membership and personal training package/services.
-Handle customer issue and complain.
-Gain knowledge on Communication, Sales training and public relationship skill.
- Member retention.
