1. Monitoring of the implementation of plans for capital construction, reconstruction, modernization, major repairs (Investment Program, Production Program), compliance of volumes, terms and quality of construction and installation works, as well as the quality of materials used, Products, designs of approved design and estimate documentation (defective statements of works performed within the production program - linear objects), working drawings, construction norms and regulations, standards, specifications, health and safety standards, fire safety requirements;
2. Implementation of quality control works for construction, reconstruction, modernization, major repairs in the
- input control of materials, applied equipment, structures;
- operational control during and after each type of operation;
- acceptance control.
3. Selective quality control of design and exploration works in the part of:
- the correspondence of the initial data specified in the technical specification, accepted design decisions by the Contractors;
- visit to the site of the project to assess the objectivity of the decisions taken, specified in the project (working documentation);
- compliance of the project (working documentation) with the requirements of the SPP.
4. Selective quality control:
- to restore the damaged amenities after the emergency and restoration works (AVR, preventive repairs (RPR);
- linear objects, in the process of AVR, RPR;
- area objects, including GNH, KNS.
5. Unscheduled inspections of any related processes affecting the quality of work;
6. Participation in changes to projects, including the introduction of more advanced processes, planning and design solutions that reduce costs and improve technologyeconomic indicators of construction and reconstruction projects;
7. Technical acceptance of completed construction projects;
8. Provision of educational and methodical assistance to units of the enterprise on issues related to the activities of the department;
9. Study of the causes causing delays and deterioration in the quality of construction and installation works, release of defects, adoption of measures, issuance of proposals for their prevention and elimination;
10. Registration of results of control operations, keeping records of quality indicators, marriage and its causes, compiling periodic reports on the quality of work.
11. Verification and acceptance of execution and technical documentation, certificates of work performed in the form of COP-2 in the established order;
12. Timely written information of structural units, contractors (letters, memos, regulations, presentations) in terms of volumes, quality, technology, safety;
13. Timely reporting on the activities of the Division;
14. Maintaining the personal qualifications required for the post;
15. Execution of other assignments of the direct manager, the director of capital construction, the Director General;
16. Compliance with the internal labour regulations established by the Company;
17. Compliance with the Dress Code Regulation of the Company;
18. Compliance with the corporate code of employees of GC «ROSVODOKANAL»;
19. Compliance with the record-keeping instruction;
20. Compliance with the Trade Secret Instruction;
21. Compliance with the requirements of the permit regime and internal order at facilities, preservation of property of the enterprise.
