Managed end-to-end operations of spa with 21 treatment rooms, gym and fitness studios and beauty salons in conjunction with 32 employees and reporting directly to the President Office of Regency Group Holding. Devised annual business plans and produce monthly profit and loss statements with the aim of streamlining revenues, costs, and expenses incurred, while improving company performance. Collaborated with external fitness and beauty service suppliers to develop company business and drive profitability. Continually improved guest and employee satisfaction through service training and value-adding marketing promotions. Managed amenity floors of designated Al Asmakh Real Estate properties and introduce services to benefit residents with profitable margin. Coordinated with RGH Chief Investment Officer on financial budget for towers’ fit-out and design, recruitment, marketing and general operations.
• Increased GOP margin by 180% for 2017 in comparison to year 2015/16, followed by 35% in 2017/18, and further 15% in 2018/19, enabling company in gross and net positive for three consecutive years.
• Steered annual net profit from -$150K USD to +$100K in first year, achieved net profit of 200K QAR in second year, and retained in third year.
• Selected operational, retail, consumable, and housekeeping products and implemented inventory audit and standard units of consumption per service to control overall expenses
• Launched new beauty brands and services in Qatar market, such as DNA wellness, Lycon, Intraceuticals, and Reviderm.
• Negotiated new contracts with existing vendors and sourced new vendors to introduce new products
• Increased revenue through offline and online marketing strategies, including joint campaigns with other companies in Qatar: Evolve Fitness, Commercial Bank Qatar, Doha Bank, Ooredoo
• Recognized as Unique Luxury Spa of the year 2017 in 2017 by the Luxury Travel Guide, and Best Day Spa in 2018 by the World Luxury Spa Awards.

In charge of B/ATTITUDE’s re-branding from female-only spa to wellness destination since its launch in 2013, as well as navigated business development for spa management within Al Asmakh Real Estate Properties. Strategized and executed effective annual marketing plans and budgets in order to fortify the company’s position in wellness market. Developed content for monthly marketing campaigns to support sales activities, and prepared press releases for respective events and promotions. Wrote briefs for graphic design team and social media agencies for marketing collaterals and campaigns, and produced content for social media channels.
• Boosted B/ATTITUDE’s annual revenue by 60% from 2013/14 to 2014/15, managed market re-positioning, introduced the operational software and CRM system, and launched promotional campaigns along with corporate events.
• Introduced and supervised e-commerce website for company as an additional revenue stream and utilised CRM software to fine-tune promotions for respective target segments.
• Developed D/CODE, the first personalised wellness concept in Qatar based on DNA tests.
