♣ Delivered First Barrier workshop (logistics, agenda, communication to leadership team), did setup of distribution lists for new projects, SharePoint Architecture; which received excellent feedback from management and provided a template for future workshops.
♣ Managed the operational requirements and induction of a quickly expanding team for Iran Project (such as visas, letters, translation, onboarding); enabling teams to become embedded in their projects more efficiently and effectively.
