I worked in this hostel as a Guest Experience Representative team member, to upsell food and beverage promotion together with travel and tours, host the events to help for revenue drive. Mad Monkey Hostel is a good brand and known as a party hostel, after 5 months working I got promoted as Guest Experience Manager, to Experience Manager, I manage the events every night create some good and fun paid events to help the revenue drive, also managing the travel and tours, I do reports and do bookings everyday online and offline everyday and upsell every food and beverage promotion, I promote the hostel and at the same time more on hospitality and made sure the guest will leave a good and perfect review.
