Directing clinical teams by providing advice and interventions to manage patients who present with complex or challenging behaviour.
Liaising and supporting families and carers throughout the decision making process.
Developing, maintaining and enhancing effective working relationships with system colleagues.
Sign posting to support agencies that patients may benefit from and educating in the mental health support availability in primary mental health where non-complex mental health needs are supported.
