Acts as a virtual receptionist to different clients
•Chat support for Setting up a business in UAE
•Telesales representative for different company projects
Interface with client service and bankers/advisors to understand the nuances of various clients and their banking relationships
•Use a high level of client service skills in order to defuse potentially difficult and/or upset customers and complex issues
•Work proactively with clients via phone / e-mail to understand fraud situations and readily identify the various actions that need to be completed to amend the situation
•Resolve client issues with a high sense of urgency by partnering with employees and teams in multiple areas of JPMorgan Chase
•Proactively monitor accounts and perform follow-up duties, including the claims process
•Ensure that regulatory, legal, bank and audit requirements are met
•Accurately report details of all fraud cases
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
•Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
•Maintains customer records by updating account information.
•Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
•Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
•Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
•Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
