Responsible for Making and Submit All the MEPl Shop Drawing For the Consultant and for the Local Authority Likes ADDC - CIVIL DEFENCE-ADSSC.
Choosing the Materials after Making Comparison Sheets Between the Suppliers and Submit the Suitable Materials for Approval.
Following all the Supervisor and Foremen works at the site and solve the technical problems for them.
Submitting weekly reports to our management
Coordinate the Services with the Mechanical & Electrical Engineers at the site.
Attending the Meetings at the Site
Requesting & Checking for the Material Quantity Needed
Static Pressure -Head Pump Calculation Inquiry of Projects -Preparing B.O.Q.
Inspect and Observe Work in Progress to ensure that Procedures Followed and Materials Used Conformed to Project Specifications and Quality Standards.
Coordinate at Site Resolving Interference Situations with Other Services/Interiors.
Ensure Safety System is in Place for the Projects.
Select and Hire Subcontractors.
Additionally responsible for proposals preparation as per tender drawings and Specifications, Design and Heat Load Calculations - DM/Carrier Programs, Servicing Projects Under Warranties or Under Maintenance Contract
Preparing shop Drawings and Material Submittal Log Sheets.
Tracking/follow up the Material Delivery with Suppliers.
Liaising with the Project Consultant for all Technical Issues.
Monitoring the Actual Submittal Dates of Shop Drawings and Materials as
Compared to Plan Dates.
Providing the Required Resources in Order to Match the Project Completion Programmed and Milestones.
Liaising with Client/Client representative for all Commercial, Variation, Value Engineering Progress and Payment Issues.
Prepare the Project Monthly Payment Certificate.
Follow Site Engineer-Installation-Coordination-Follow up-Quality Control-Controlling Laborers
Handling over for the project.
Follow up all MEP works.
Follow up all MEP materials.
Follow up for electrical shop drawing.
Follow up for mechanical (AC -PLUMBING & FIRE FIGHTING) shop drawing.
Follow up for all low current works and materials approval
