Responsible of BSS roll out as a part of the CORE tasks, Operation and Maintenance of the Network BSS
- Perform hands-on O&M work on Ericsson 2G networks.
- Resolve the fault related TT raised to BO (SLO) from FO (FLO).
Responsible to support the Network Operation Center (NOC) in term of managing the radio.
- Responsible to handle and follow up all escalated problems in the form of TTs, CARE cases, TAC3 cases…etc concerning BSS and Radio,
- Offer remote/on-site support & trouble shooting of BSS related problems.
- Offer expert knowledge concerning analysis of Radio network
- Sites definition, software upgrade, Backups, reports,
- troubleshooting and clearing CP and AP Alarms
- O&M for the AP Nodes in all the BSC with windows NT and windows server 2003.
- AP and CP upgrade for all BSC’s nodes
- Handling of Business Object to see the performance of the network.

Through my work I gained experience in power transmission and distribution lines. Design, construction, operation and maintenance of high voltage and low voltage power distribution system.
Moreover, I have experience of electrical power installation for site development, commercial and residential buildings or similar facilities.
I participated in designing and supervision the electrical work in some of the Hebron Municipality projects such as Hebron Football Stadium, Hebron City main Sport Center, Hebron City main public transport Parking.
I worked as medical equipement maintenance engineer
I graduated from birzeit university in 2003 with B.Sc. in electrical engineering major in communication,my graduation project was cell planning for wireless communication system
I graduated from high school with an average of 94% in scientific stream
