• Provide backup solution for Client (Netbackup, Networker, Backup Exec, Acronis)
• Responsible for day to day administration of Enterprise Backup Environment, which includes VMWare, and Windows backups as well as Exchange, Microsoft SQL, and Oracle system backups
• Manage Veritas NetBackup, data deduplication, VTL and Veritas Operations Manager
• Setup and configure backup server/client and tape libraries
• Monitor daily backup activity and reporting to proactively avoid issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve missed and failed backup backups
• Troubleshoot on backup component and hardware
• Analyzes, logs, tracks and resolves complex software/hardware matters of significance pertaining to servers, workstation and applications to meet business needs.
• Coordinates and monitors troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems
• Upgrade and migrate backup server
• Troubleshoot on backup issue
• Intermediate knowledge on VMware, Symantec PGP, Symantec Endpoint Protection and Altiris

• Handle all Technical Landscape IT issue for SHELL global (software & hardware)
• Manage issue relate to SHELL IT for SHELL contractors
• System Administration as in configuring user info in server (AD, exchange)
• Organizing users/ group type of access permission in application or folder/files
• Troubleshoot issue’s with virtual network and access tokens (citrix, VPN, PCAD, )
• Troubleshoot Windows OS and Windows application
• Backup for unix / linux account issue
• Identify and repair virtual workstation (BLADE, VMware)
• Maintain SHELL network and workstation remotely (RDP, VNC, LiveMeeting, Computer Management console)
• Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix
• IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications, as well as virtual environments built on Citrix, Microsoft, and Blade
• Diagnose and resolve technical software issues
• Advise user on appropriate IT action

• Intergrate all communication system (MSN, SDH, IAS, BBR, NBR, DVVR, CCTV, TDS, PIS & PAS) to SCADA.
• Make configuration and setting using the proper equipment and tools

• Installs, modifies, maintains, and repairs vehicular mounted communications equipment such as electronic sirens, antennas, microphones, and control consoles;
• Installs radio equipment;
• Installs, maintains, and repairs electronic devices and systems such as sound systems, recorders;
• Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
• Installs, modifies, maintains, and repairs vehicular mounted communications equipment such as electronic sirens, antennas, microphones, and control consoles;
• Installs radio equipment;
• Installs, maintains, and repairs electronic devices and systems such as sound systems, recorders;
• Managing On board Communication Equipments like IP Camera, LCD’s, CCTV server, Video Broadcast Server, On Board Control Unit (OBCU), Integrated calling console (ICC), PID’s, PA, Train Radio Control
• Responsible to carry out day to day PM & CM of Communication equipments in the station premises, Trains, Station Master Office
• Managing the Communication system Racks like PA/PIS server, Time Distribution System (TDS), MSN (Multi Service Network), Narrow band radio & Broad Band Radio used for communication, CCTV Server, OCS Server.
• Provide Support to Operations Department in all communication related faults during Revenue service & Engineering Hours in Trains & Station premises
• Inspection of Communication equipments through OCS (Operation Control System) Software, & managing the OCS.
• Liaise with OCC Staff & Engineering Controller for coordination during testing/troubleshooting of Trains with Communication problems.

• Manage inbound & outbound call and handling the technical support for Streamyx customer,
• Manage all the activities for the group and the task for each others for the next scheduling
• Talking to clients through a series of actions over the telephone;
• educate customer about streamyx internet services
• Providing support and information about TM Product including procedural and also documentation
• assisting customer on troubleshooting of the services
• follow up urgent cases with customer and technician
• troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware faults for customer
• finding solutions to problems, be it through creating a desktop shortcut or fixing a major fault on the operating system;
• providing support, including procedural, documentation;
